Unboxing Instructions
- Remove items from temperature controlled pouch. Refrigerate the cheese, olives, pickles and cured meat upon receiving your kit. They will keep for up to 3 months unopened or up to 1 week opened.
- Store Fig Spread at room temperature, where it will keep for up to 1 year unopened. After opening, store Fig Spread in the refrigerator where it will keep for up to 3 months.
- Wood utensils may be hand washed and reused. Included wood serving board is meant for single use only. Glass serving jars may be hand or machine washed and reused.
- For peak freshness of ingredients, we strongly recommend assembling and serving your kit within 1-week of receiving.

Q: Does my Gathering Board come ready to serve?
Well, sort of... all of the ingredients & serving items are ready to go, but the kit is designed for you to assemble the items on the provided board. Don't worry... we include full instructions, showing you where and how to place everything. Assembly takes anywhere between 15 - 20 minutes.
Q: Do I have to use the provided serving board?
No, if you have another board or serving tray you can of course use that. We just want to make sure that your Gathering Board Kit is as turn-key as possible so we include a single-use 18" x 12" wood serving board in each kit.
Q: I have a party coming up, when do you recommend I order my Gathering Board Kit?
We recommend ordering your kit 5 days before your event. Your kit will be processed & delivered within 3 days from ordering. Once your kit is opened, we recommend refrigerating all included meats, cheeses & olive salad.
Q: How long can I keep my Gathering Board Kit before serving it?
It depends. The majority of the items in your Gathering Board Kit are shelf stable and will keep. The cheese, meat & olive salad will need to be refrigerated but still have a limited window of freshness. We recommend serving your Gathering Board within 1 week of delivery to ensure freshness.
Q: Do you do custom order boards?
No, however we will continue to add new Gathering Board Kit options.
Q: I would like to include fresh fruits and vegetables on my board, what do you recommend?
While your Gathering Board kit does NOT included fruits & vegetables, we do agree that it is a wonderful addition to any spread. Based on our consumer research, these are the items we would recommend: Carrots, Cucumbers, Grapes, Blueberries, Blackberries & Strawberries. But of course, always go with what is fresh & in season.
